I live at Mumbai (Ex Bombay) and was looking for a broadband connection. Unfortunately MTNL or Airtel do not provide ADSL broadband in my locality. My choice is limited to using wireless internet or TATA Indicom broadband.
I Applied for TATA Indicom broadband on 26 April. Sales rep promised me that connection will be activated by 30 April. Connection was ultimately activated on May 12th.
Problem is Connection's uptime is worse then wireless broadband. Decided to track complaints made to customer service. And this is the status so far...

My suggestions as a customer....
